ERRATUM

Correction To "Glutathione S-Transferase Omega 1 and Omega 2 Pharmacogenomics"


In Table 1 of the article referenced above [Mukherjee B, Salavaggione OE, Pelleymounter LL, Moon I, Eckloff BW, Schaid DJ, Wieben ED, and Weinshilboum RM (2006) Drug Metab Dispos 34:1237–1246], several reported values are incorrect. The "Sequence Change" value for GSTO2 5'-FR –1785 is listed as T-> G but should be T-> C instead. For GSTO2 IVS 1–1131 C-> T, the frequency for African Americans is listed as 0.417 but should be 0.042. Finally, for GSTO2 Exon 5 389 G-> A, the frequency for African Americans is listed as 0.008 but should be 0.
