- Data Supplement - Supplemental Table 1 Effect of the high-fat and high-sucrose (HF1) diet and standard (SD) diet on body weight, liver weight, liver lipids, serum lipids, glucose, AST, ALT and gGTP in male and female rats.
- Data Supplement - Supplemental Fig. 1 Effects of high-fat and high-sucrose (HF1) diet on expression of drug-metabolizing enzymes in male and female rats fed SD or HF1 diet for 4 weeks. Rats (7 weeks of age) were fed the SD or HF1 diet for 4 weeks and then sacrificed. Total RNA was isolated and analyzed via quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction as described in Materials and Methods. Relative levels were expressed by taking the control values obtained from SD male animals as 1. Values are the means + S.E. of 5 determinations in each group. *p <_0.05 p0.01="p0.01" p0.001="p0.001" for="for" hf1="hf1" male="male" rats="rats" versus="versus" sd="sd" or="or" female="female" p0.05="p0.05" rats.="rats." _--="_--" end="end" desc="desc" supplemental_fig._1.jpg="supplemental_fig._1.jpg">
