  • Some (freezing/thawing/holding at 25°C) of the liver samples which were kept at −80°C for 1 month were thawed and kept at 25°C for 6 hr and then refrozen and kept at −80°C for 1 week before preparing microsomes. Other samples (freezing) were kept at −80°C without thawing. Liver microsomes of both groups were prepared at the same time.
