↵4-a All samples were processed as described inMaterials and Methods. An exception was dog 35016, for which 100 μl of the ACN extract was evaporated and residues were reconstituted in 25 μl of mobile phase. This provided 4-fold concentration for the estimation of the radioactivity associated with the acyl glucuronides.
