Concentration of 4-nonylphenol equivalents (mean ± 1 SD) in trout tissues, plasma, and bile, expressed as nmol g−1 of tissue, ml−1 plasma or 0.02 ml−1 of bile, at various times after dosing. Distribution (α) and elimination (β) phase half-lives were calculated from the data fitted to a two compartment model where appropriate and gave a correlation coefficient (r) as indicated.
