Female and male rats were treated neonatally with tamoxifen as described in Table 1. Rats were killed at 3 months of age. Hepatic microsomes were prepared and testosterone hydroxylase and steroid 5α-reductase activities were determined as described inMaterials and Methods. Results are expressed as mean ± S.E. for eight individual rats per treatment group.
