Animals received CsA (3.33 mg/kg/day × 10 days) or olive oil (control). AST, ALT, and AP were determined in fresh serum while Ca²⁺ and CsA were analyzed in whole blood of sham-operated animals. n = 8/group except for CsA determination, where n = 3.
