  • Male Fischer 344 rats were administered 14C-NDPS or14C-DFPS (approximately 10 μCi; 0.2 mmol/kg i.p. in corn oil). Samples were taken at 6 h for NDPS and 3 h for DFPS. Radiolabel content was determined by liquid scintillation counting.
