Assays were performed at 10 μM each substrate except for 100 μM with ST1A5 for salicylamide and with ST1A3, ST1A1, St1a4, and ST1A8 for dopamine. The results obtained in the presence of 10 μM mefenamic acid are shown as percentage of the respective controls. The figures in parentheses are from experiments in the presence of 1 μM mefenamic acid for ST1A3, ST1A1, St1a4, and ST1A8 and of 100 μM for ST1A5. Data are the mean of three separate experiments.
