Densitometric analyses of Western blots (Fig. 2) using microsomes from B6C3F1 mice treated with VCH (7.5 mmol/kg i.p. for 10 days), VCH-1,2-epoxide (1.75 mmol/kg i.p. for 10 days), or VCD (0.4 mmol/kg i.p. for 10 days), as previously described under Materials and Methods. Densitometric analyses have been normalized to control (i.e., nontreated mice). Blots represent pooled microsomes from mice (four mice per group). All Western blots were performed four times per antibody probed using different sets of microsomes.
