Male beagle dogs were administered a single dose of bergamottin or vehicle p.o. or i.v. followed by p.o. administration of a 10-mg diazepam tablet. Plasma levels of diazepam were measured by LC/MS/MS to determine pharmacokinetic parameters, as described underMaterials and Methods.
