Rates of reactions of CDDP with MT obtained from HPLC-AAS data

The reactions at 37°C contained 33 μM CDDP and 74 to 83 μM MT (dialysates of Cd/Zn-thionein, Cd7-thionein, Zn7-thionein, and apo-thionein) in 4.62 mM NaCl and 10 mM Tris-NO3 (pH 7.4). The parameters in the linear fits of Figs. 4, 5a, and 6, A + Bt, are given; the rate constant k (M-1 s-1) is the slope B (μM-1 h-1).
