Comparative alignment of partial nucleotide sequence and partial amino acid sequence of UGT1A isoforms
The polymorphic isoform of the isolated human UGT1A10 (*) differs from wild-type UGT1A10 at position 632. The polymorphic isoform of the isolated human UGT1A10 (*) differs from these other UGT1As at position 211 of the protein, where the isoleucine residue is replaced by a threonine.
