Kinetic parameter estimates for MPAG formation by human liver, kidney, and jejunum microsomes The values of apparent Km and Vmax for the formation of MPAG were determined using microsomal preparations from two pools of human liver (HL-P1/2), four human liver samples (HL-S1, -2, -3, and -4), two individual samples of human kidney (HK-S1/2), a pool of human jejunum (HJ-P), and a pool of human ileum (HI-P), all obtained from commercial sources.
