Tritium isotope effect for hydroxylation of [6β-3H]testosterone

Formation of tritiated water and 6β-hydroxytestosterone was determined at nine different time points was between 2 and 30 min, using four different concentrations of HLMs. 6β-Hydroxytestosterone was quantified by LC-MS/MS analysis. For each microsome concentration, data are mean values from all the time points.
