Cumulative excretion of radioactivity (percentage dose) from a 1 mg/kg dose of [14C]MGS0028 to Sprague-Dawley rats
[14C]MGS0028 was dissolved in isotonic saline containing 0.3% Tween 80 for both i.v. and p.o. administration. The radiolabel doses and dosing volumes were 3.7 MBq/ml/kg for i.v. administration and 1.8-3.7 MBq/5 ml/kg for p.o. administration. Results are presented as mean (±S.D.), n = 3.
