Inhibition of endosulfan sulfate formation in HLMs by ketoconazole and ticlopidine
Inhibitors ketoconazole (KTZ; 10 μM) and ticlopidine (TCL; 5 μM) were used alone and combined for metabolism of endosulfan-α in six individual HLMs. Data are means of two independent measurements.
