Relative hepatic mRNA concentrations of transthyretin, thyroxine-binding globulin, albumin, thyroid hormone receptor α1, and type I iodothyronine deiodinase in pigs fed a control diet or a diet supplemented with 5 g of clofibrate/kg for 28 days
Data are reported as mean ± S.D. with nine animals per group. All the mRNA concentrations were determined by semiquantitative RT-PCR and normalized by GAPDH. Data are expressed relative to mRNA concentrations of control pigs (control = 1).
