Tissue concentrations of TCE-derived radioactivity in mice treated with 1000 mg TCE/kg are significantly different in mice of the same genotype that received 250 mg TCE/kg at p ≤ 0.05. Tissue concentrations of TCE-derived radioactivity in mice treated with ABT + 1000 mg TCE/kg are significantly different from values in mice that received 1000 mg TCE/kg without ABT at p ≤ 0.05.
