Macromolecular binding of TCE-derived radioactivity in the liver of WT and KO mice
Values are presented as percentage of total TCE-derived radioactivity in the liver and are the mean ± standard error of 3 mice in each treatment group. This study was repeated using the same mice at a later time. Mice received 250 mg TCE/kg by gavage and were sacrificed at 24 h after dosing.
