Flow cytometric analysis of mitochondrial membrane potential in human lung cancer NCI-H209 cells with or without treatment with quercetin glucuronides for 24 h

Values are mean ± S.D.; n = 3. The NCI-H209 cells (5 × 10⁵ cells/ml) were treated with various concentrations of quercetin glucuronides. The zero concentration was defined as control. The percentage of cells that were stained by DiOL₆ dye and the stained cells were determined by flow cytometry as described under Materials and Methods.
