Functional parameters of isolated perfused kidneys of control rats (no additional treatment), after 4 days of treatment with siRNAMrp2, siRNAMrp4, and in TR- rats
Values are presented as mean ± S.E.M. over the period 30 to 120 min. Kidneys were perfused for 150 min as described under Materials and Methods. Statistical comparisons were performed by one-way ANOVA.
