Effect of BSP on the pharmacokinetic parameters of GPFX in Bcrp(−/−) mice
BSP was given to Bcrp(−/−) mice by i.v. infusion at an infusion rate of 1.51 mg/min/kg 20 min before the bolus administration of GPFX. Data are taken from Fig. 4. Each value represents the mean ± S.E. of four mice.
