Effects of shipping and cryopreservation on kinetic constants of BPA glucuronidation by various sources of male SD rat hepatocytes
The noncryopreserved shipped HCs were available 16 to 20 h after isolation. The cryopreserved HCs and those isolated in-house were available within 1 h of thawing or isolation. Incubations contained 375,000 cells/0.5 ml and were incubated for 20 min. Data are scaled to 1 × 106 HCs (n = 3 ± S.D.).
