Kinetics of bisphenol A glucuronidation by cryopreserved male human hepatocytes with and without the addition of exogenous UDPGA

The 10-min incubations contained 125,000 HCs/0.5 ml, various concentrations of [¹⁴C]BPA (1.3-52 μM), and either 0, 50, or 1000 μM UDPGA. All data were converted to the rate of BPA-glucuronide formed per minute per 10⁶ HCs. CL_int and CL_met determinations were carried out as described under Materials and Methods.
