Maternal plasma and fetal AUCs (5-60 min) of NFT in wild-type and Bcrp1-/- pregnant mice
AUCs were estimated using Bailer's approach as described under Materials and Methods. Shown are means ± S.D. (n = 3-5 per time point). The fetal/maternal plasma AUC ratios [(ng · min/g fetus)/(μg · min/ml plasma)] are also presented. Z0 and p values were calculated to assess the statistically significant differences of AUCs between the wild-type and Bcrp1-/- pregnant mice.
