Analysis of P450 eicosanoid levels in HepG2 cells

HepG2 cells were exogenously treated with 10 μM 11,12-EET or 14,15-DHET for 6 h. Cells and culture medium were collected and lipids were extracted and analyzed using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.
