Area under the plasma concentration-time curve of wild-type mice after oral topotecan administration with or without different oral doses of Pluronic P85 or Tween 20

Mice receiving topotecan (1 mg/kg) orally were given an oral dose of Pluronic P85 (100, 250, or 500 mg/kg) or Tween 20 (50, 100, or 250 mg/kg). The plasma concentration of topotecan was then determined. Results are expressed as means ± S.D. (n = 3-6).
