Area under the plasma concentration-time curve of wild-type and Bcrp (-/-) mice after oral and intravenous topotecan administration with or without an oral dose of Pluronic P85 or Tween 20

Mice receiving topotecan (1 mg/kg) orally or intravenously were given an oral dose of Pluronic P85 (250 mg/kg) or Tween 20 (100 mg/kg). The plasma concentration of topotecan was then determined. Results are expressed as means ± S.D. (n = 3-6).
