Elimination of TSU-68 in liver microsomes prepared from rats treated or not with TSU-68
Rat liver was taken 12 h after oral administration of 200 mg/kg TSU-68. TSU-68 (2 μM) was incubated, at 37°C up to 30 min, with microsomes (0.5 mg/ml protein) in the presence of NADPH (1.3 mM) or UDPGA (2 mM). The t1/2 was calculated from residual concentrations of the unchanged drug after the microsomal incubation of TSU-68. Each value shown is mean with S.D. (n = 3).
