Kinetic parameters of the uptake of rosuvastatin in OATP1B1-, OATP1B3-, and OATP2B1-expressing HEK293 cells
Data shown in Fig. 2 were used to determine the Km, Vmax, and Pdif values. These parameters were determined by fitting the data using the nonlinear least-squares method. Each point represents the mean ± computer-calculated S.D. (n = 6).
