Kinetic parameters for the formation of M2 from M1 in human cDNA-expressed P450s Kinetic parameters were estimated by fitting velocity vs. substrate concentrations to a single-site Michaelis-Menten equation for P450 2B6, 2C19, and 3A4 and a Hill equation for P450 3A5, respectively.
