PK parameters of YM758 after a single intravenous administration to tachycardia-induced dogs
PK parameters were calculated using noncompartmental analysis. The numbers in parentheses represent PK parameters obtained from the previous study, in which YM758 was intravenously administered to nontreated beagles (Umehara et al., 2008a). Data represent the mean ± S.D. for four dogs.
