Pharmacokinetic parameters after administration of ¹¹¹In-rHSA monomer and dimer after intravenous administration to normal rats

All rats received a single injection of ¹¹¹In-rHSA monomer or dimer at a dose of 1 mg/kg. At each time after the injection of ¹¹¹In-rHSA monomer or dimer, a blood sample was collected from the tail vein and plasma was obtained. Each parameter was calculated by MULTI using a two-compartment model. Each value represents the mean ± S.D. (n = 6).
