Expression of caspase 3, GRP78, and NF-κΒ in tamoxifen-treated endometrial explants
Endometrial samples were treated with 10, 50, or 100 μM tamoxifen for 4 h at 37°C, fixed, and embedded in paraffin. After fixation the samples were processed for immunohistochemistry, and the tissue sections were evaluated by light microscopy.
