The effect of 24-h exposure to nanosilver on cell viability

Plated cells were exposed to nanosilver-containing medium for 24 h and evaluated for viability with a MultiTox-Fluor Multiplex Cytotoxicity assay (Promega). Values are means ± S.E.M. for quadruplicate wells. Viability was expressed relative to cells exposed to nanosilver-free medium controls. Derived LD50 values were determined by interpolation.
