Papp values for the AP-to-BL and BL-to-AP transport of FXD and ethyl-FXD through Caco-2 cell monolayers treated with BNPP
Papp values of ethyl-FXD were calculated from the total amount of ethyl-FXD and FXD in the receiver side after treatment with 200 μM BNPP. Values represent the mean ± S.D. (n = 3).
