Uptakes of probe substrates in HEK293 cells transiently expressing various human organic cation transporters
The uptake of [3H]l-carnitine, for hOCTN2, or [14C]TEA, for the others, was evaluated at 37°C and pH 8.5 for 10 min in HEK293 cells transiently expressing hOCT1, hOCT2, hOCT3, hOCTN1, and hOCTN2, and mock cells. Data are presented as means ± S.E. (n = 3).
