Values are the mean ± S.E. for four or five rats. Rats received 24.8, 74.3, and 248 μmol/kg propiverine orally and were sacrificed 1 to 12 h later. Specific binding of [3H]NMS (0.03–1.5 nM) in the rat bladder was measured. Values in parentheses represent the fold increase in Kd values relative to controls.
