Quantification of CYP4F3 gene expression by qPCR during the different steps of the HepaRG differentiation process

Representative cell cultures of the four steps of the differentiation process were collected. Gene expression was quantified by real-time qPCR. Results are expressed as fold induction over day 2 of culture, set at 1, and represent the means ± S.D. of two independent experiments performed in triplicate.
