Demographics, BEI, and Clbiliary of [3H]taurocholate in sandwich-cultured human hepatocytes
Donors had no history of tobacco or alcohol use or comedications; body mass index (BMI); sandwich-cultured hepatocytes were incubated with 1 μM [3H]taurocholate (10 minutes). Results are presented as representative data from triplicate determinations in two livers.
