Metformin hepatobiliary disposition in single-pass rat liver perfusions
Livers were perfused with 10 μM metformin for 30 minutes and then with blank buffer for an additional 30 minutes. Data are presented as the mean 6 S.E.M. n = 6 (0–30 minutes); n = 3 (30–60 minutes and liver values).
