Kinetic parameters for hydrolysis of temocapril in rat liver microsomes and in jejunal and ileal S9 from rats of different ages
Temocapril (10–500 μM) was incubated with liver microsomes (10 μg/ml), jejunal S9 fraction (200 μg/ml), and ileal S9 fraction (400 μg/ml). Each value represents the mean ± S.D. (n = 3/4). *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01 indicate statistically significant differences compared with the 8-week-old age group.
