Fecal elimination of tedizolid and metabolites by rats and dogs after single-dose administration of 14C-tedizolid phosphate
Fecal samples were collected at 24-hour intervals over 168 hours after dose. Samples were analyzed by HPLC, with the relative amounts of radioactivity for individual components calculated as a percentage of the sum of all the integrated peaks.
