NNK-induced O6-mG adduct formation in vivo
Null and 2A13-TG/Null (2-month-old female) mice were injected with NNK at a dose of 100 mg/kg (i.p.), and tissue levels of O6-mG and total guanine were determined 4 hours after the injection. Data represent mean ± S.D. (n = 4).
