Apparent pharmacokinetic parameters of unbound GCV calculated from microdialysis data

Data were obtained following a single dose of 25 mg/kg i.p. in rats with BT4C glioma. The AUC_{u,0–300 minute} values between brain and tumor are statistically significant. Statistical significances of differences between different groups were tested by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test. Parameters are presented as mean ± S.E.M.; n = 6–7. The f_u values are presented as mean ± S.E.M.; n = 3.
