Kinetic parameters for M1 formation in human plasma and HSA

¹⁴C-delamanid (10–500 μM) was incubated in human plasma or 40 mg/ml HSA at 37°C for 0.25 hours. M1 formation was determined by radio-HPLC analysis. Each value was calculated using the mean formation data of triplicate determinations.
