Effects of warfarin, diazepam, and digitoxin on delamanid binding to HSA
Equilibrium dialysis was performed for 6 hours at 20°C in 15 μM (1 mg/ml) HSA spiked with 14C-delamanid (3 μM) in the absence or presence of the protein binding probe. Data are mean ± S.D. of four determinations.
