In vitro permeability of CT7758 in Caco-2 cell monolayers
CT7758 was added to the donor compartment at the indicated concentration. The pH of the apical compartment was adjusted as indicated in the table, whereas the pH of the basolateral compartment was set at 7.4. Results are represented as mean ± S.D. (n = 3).
