Effect of ABT on stomach content and intestinal transit in rats dosed with a charcoal meal

The stomach content (g) and the intestinal transit (percentage of the small intestine traveled by the charcoal) were measured 30 minutes after the administration of 2 ml of activated charcoal in control or 50 mg/kg ABT-treated rats. Data are the mean and standard deviation of four rats.
